Privacy overview

ManoSetu processes sensitive personal data relating to mental health. Our architecture is influenced by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), including principles of purpose limitation, data minimisation, and accountability.

What we collect: account details (name, email, role), assessment responses, clinical notes (visible only to treating clinicians), consent records, and audit logs of system access.

School visibility: schools receive only the information explicitly shared by the clinician and authorised by the student or guardian — typically severity summaries and non-clinical recommendations.

Your rights: depending on rollout, you will be able to request access, correction, and withdrawal of consent through in-app workflows backed by the API and database.
